Amazing charity success

Hannah Clark, the Centre Manager, and the Castle Court team raised a fantastic £1,049.89 for The Salvation Army, Bargoed with their Christmas charity gift wrap campaign and Christmas decoration donation station at the end of 2025. This was an amazing feat, helped by volunteers from the charity and retailers from around the centre. Jan Sutcliffe, Bargoed Corps Spiritual Leader at the Salvation Army commented: 'From all of us at The Salvation Army Bargoed, we can't thank you enough for all the support you give to us, and for working so hard to raise the amazing amount of £1,049.89 for our community work within the Caerphilly Borough. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, because when I'm out on a Thursday with the paper sales, so many people appreciate the activities that takes place on Castle Court, and that is down to your hard work and commitment to making things happen for the community. Not forgetting the support to our Messy Church that we have now held three times on Castle Court for the families in our community. Thank you for everything, you're a star'.
